This good size bedroom is in the front of the house, and is large enough for kids to have a desk, TV, computer, toys, and other personal things. It was used by us as the family office. Brick on the house's mailbox out front (seen through window) is the same as the 117 Trailwood Lane's brick. It is unique in all of Pecan Ridge Estates for that reason, as well as for having two mail units connected to one big door for extra wide magazines, etc., since the divider was removed as a welcome gift to me by the Post Office for being the first to live in Pecan Ridge Estates!

Verizon says 30/5 Mbps may be going to 50/5 this year! It also provides the signal for the Channel Guide for FiOS TV.

Octagonal Stain Glass Custom Window is positioned over a large/deep bath tub. Large 4' X 4' Master Shower has thick glass door with spot lighting directly above. Newly painted white walls, a skylight, and entire house, new inside trim enamel, make this a bright room.

Skylight brings in natural light into the Master Bath, while the ceiling fan cools you off in the summer.
Double sinks have his and her's mirrored medicine cabinets with plenty of cabinet storage space below the raised 36" high countertop.
Master Shower is very clean, with long lasting epoxy grout on floor, and it has a shelf or slim seat along the back to put shampoo, etc.
Toilet area in Master Bath is oversized at 5' wide X 4' deep to accommodate a magazine rack on one side, a waste basket on the other, and still have plenty of room for open doors on cabinetry. You should never accidentally hit the roll of toilet paper.

The Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center and its new restaurant are right on Lake Grapevine, and also 13 minutes away. This map of Grapevine, Tx. shows exactly where.
The front entrance to the Gaylord Texan is impressive, and also very close to DFW Airport. Both 117 Trailwood Lane in Coppell, Tx., and the Gaylord Texan in the next town over have "Location, Location, Location"!
Boats from Silver Lake Marina come out near the Gaylord's Glass Cactus nightclub and restaurant (shown in the background). It is right in front of the Gaylord, and overlooks Lake Grapevine.
